Registration for AVAR 2010

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon teas and the conference dinner on Thursday evening. Fees include the local tax of 10% GST All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the conference.

Note : When you wire the conference fee, please make sure that you transfer the full amount and that it clearly states that the bank costs will be paid for by you as well. The conference fee is listed above. If total amount received is less than the above specified amount, we will notify you and you can pay the remaining part of the conference fee in cash at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you have to cancel your attendance, please note AVAR2010’s cancellation policy

A refund of 90% will issued if the cancellation in writing is received before 17 October. From 17 October up to 10 November: a refund of 50% will be issued if the cancellation in writing is received before 10 November 2010. From 10 November 2010: no refund will be issued if cancelling 7 days or later before the conference.

You can at any given time substitute one delegate with another given prior notice to the AVAR2010 Organization. Substituting delegates is free of charge.
