From Kansai International Airport
You can get on the airport express Haruka (73 minutes) from Kansai International Airport to JR Kyoto Station and about 5 minutes by taxi to Hyatt Regency Kyoto.
From Narita International Airport
You can get on Narita Express (60 minutes) from Narita International Airport to JR Shinagawa Station. When the train arrives at JR Shinagawa Station, you need to transfer to Tokaido Shinkansen. And you should get off Tokaido Shinkansen at JR Kyoto Station.
You can book the both tickets (Narita Express and Tokaido Shinkansen) at ticket counter in Narita International Airport. You must ask the detail at ticket counter.
From Chubu Centrair International Airport
You can get on the μSKY Limited Express train (28 minutes) from Chubu Centrair International Airport to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. You need to walk from Meitetsu Nagoya Station to JR Nagoya Station to transfer to Tokaido Shinkansen. And you should get off Tokaido Shinkansen at JR Kyoto Station.
From Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport)
You can get on the airport limousine (about 55 minutes) from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport) to JR Kyoto Station and about 5 minutes by taxi to Hyatt Regency Kyoto.
From JR Kyoto Train Station
Hyatt Regency Kyoto is 1 km / about 5 minutes by taxi.
From the local Keihan Shichijo Train Station
Hyatt Regency Kyoto is 300 m / about 5 minutes by walk.
