Delegates who wish to book rooms at Hyatt Regency Kyoto (conference venue), please visit the URL below and take the necessary steps for booking. They offer the special discount rate for the AVAR2009 delegates but the number of rooms are limited. We request you to make early reservations.

NOTE: Cancellation policy for Hyatt Regency Kyoto:
Cancellation from 21st October 2009 until 2 days prior to your arrival (4th November), the hotel will charge you 50% of the fee for the entire period of your stay. Cancellation on the day before/on the day of your arrival, the hotel will charge you 100% of the fee for the entire period of your stay. For further information on booking/cancellation, please contact Hyatt Regency Kyoto directly.

About visa

Please contact your nearest Japanese Embassy/Consulate in advance whether you will need visa to entry into Japan. In case you need visa, please inform AVAR2009 Organizing Committee at immediately. We will ask you a few necessary details to specify in the Invitation Letter and send it to you by post shortly.
