Conference Venue
AVAR 2006 will be held at New Zealand’s premier convention venue – SkyCity.
SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre is the newest
and most technically advanced convention centre in New Zealand.
The venue is part of the SkyCity complex which includes the convention centre, two excellent hotels, numerous bars and restaurants, and the Sky Tower which is the tallest man-made structure in the southern hemisphere.
The adventurous can climb the tower and/or jump off it.
Accommodation
In the same complex as the convention venue are two excellent hotels, the 5 star SKYCITY Grand Hotel and
the 4+ star SKYCITY Hotel.
