Registration
The registration fee includes attendance at the conference sessions, lunches,
and afternoon teas and the conference dinner on Thursday evening. Fees
include the tax. All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the
conference.

Registration will be accepted until reach the fixed number. AVAR2004 Administration
Office intends to send conformation letter by email. If you don't receive
the confirmation within seven working days after your submission, please

Most overseas delegates will need a visa to enter Japan.

If required, the conference organisers can provide a letter of invitation
and necessary documents.
But you will need to register first and instruct us so by Friday October 8th, 2004.

NOTE: All cancellations must be advised in writing. The full registration fee will be charged for delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel. Of course you may send a substitute.
