Most overseas delegates will need a visa to enter Japan.

If required, the conference organisers can provide a letter of invitation and necessary documents.
But you will need to register first and instruct us so by Friday October 8th, 2004.

Taxi ranks are located at all major air terminals. All taxis are licensed by the government and have meters.

From Tokyo Station

RAIL
Get off at JR Maihama Station on the Keiyo Line or Musashino Line. Take the Disney Resort Line(Monorail) to Bayside Station, the second stop. One minute walk or complimentary Resort Cruiser bus ride to the hotel.
